Not everyone is lucky enough to have a second chance at life. In 2008, RN University's founder, Dr. Nicole, experienced a life-threatening cardiac condition that almost claimed her life. She decided to pay it forward and share her passion for teaching resuscitative medicine and coaching with health professionals around the globe. RN University's logo reminds us of her beating the 2% chance of survival, and we are committed to changing lives, one beat at a time.

 

Founded in 2024, RN University has programs designed to prepare nurses and healthcare professionals for the challenges they face in their careers, and our expert faculty provides guidance and mentorship every step of the way. Our founder and lead consultant, Dr. Nicole, brings a unique perspective to RN University. As an Afghanistan combat veteran nurse with 17 years of experience and double board certification in Emergency and Trauma nursing, she understands firsthand the challenges nurses face, both in the field and in their professional development.
